Napa, California (PRWEB) November 03, 2011

This Thanksgiving a Napa Boot Camp owner will do his part to help drive gift donations to needy children in Napa County while offering a free fat burning boot camp workout in trade. All toys given for the Turkey Buster Workout will be donated to the Toys For Tots program in Napa County. In exchange for a donation he will offer a complimentary “damage control” workout prior to the big holiday feast.

Josh?s Boot Camp Founder and Head Trainer Josh Schlottman, CSCS firmly believes every needy child in Napa County deserves a Christmas gift. Schlottman says, ?Living in these hard economic times it has become clear we need to rally together to lift the spirits of children this holiday season. The Turkey Buster Boot Camp Workout is designed to burn a lot of calories, deplete muscle glycogen and crank up your metabolism to allow boot campers to enjoy some of the indulgences of the holiday season in moderation without the guilt. This ?burn the bird? workout has various exercise progression levels so everyone from the couch potatoes to the advanced fitness enthusiast will have a challenging workout while discovering the principles on how to lose belly fat. Campers will also be encouraged to bring any special friends or family members who would also like to participate in the pre-feast activity.
